ICCP is pleased to announce details for the 25th
ICCP World Play Conference. The venue will be the Gulbenkian Foundation in
Lisbon, Portugal on the 17, 18 and 19 June 2010.
The main aims of the conference are:
To contribute to the development of new goals and directions for the future of children's play based upon scientific discussion.
To share experiences focusing children's play considering the present and the future.
To stimulate the scientific discussion on the evolution of children's play.
To offer a forum for researchers to discuss experiences and investigation.
To consider research methods concerning children's play.
To prevent the decline of children's play.
The scientific committee invites you to submit abstracts on any of the key
issues of the conference. Important deadlines:
The deadline for abstracts submission is 31 January 2010.
The deadline for notification of acceptation is 28 February 2010
.
The deadline for submission of full papers is 31 May 2010.

ICCP is supporting an initiative to raise awareness of the
importance of Article 31 (on the right to play) of the UN convention on the
Rights of the Child.
